Our Bedrooms

​All of our bedrooms are very spacious, bright and airy.  Our bedrooms are single rooms; we also have a small number of twin rooms available.  All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with sensor lighting.  Our bedrooms have a balcony that can become an interesting and personalised outdoor space.

Our Quiet Room

This is a cosy living room with views of the adjoining golf course, where residents can spend time relaxing, reading, or at our computer station.

Our Clinic
Residents can attend our GP, physiotherapist, speech & language therapist, wound care specialist and also avail of eye & dental care and a range of therapies such as reflexology, aromatherapy and reminiscence therapy in our Clinic.

Our Salon 
Our in-house hairdresser & barber help keep our residents looking their best – they can also avail of treatments such as manicures in The Salon.

Our Post Office 
We encourage our residents to keep in touch with their loved ones in the traditional way.

Jack’s Bar
Our residents and visitors can enjoy a quiet drink to celebrate a family occasion or gather to watch a match.

Our Prayer Room
This is a peaceful, contemplative room, allowing residents to enrich their spiritual lives.  People of all religious denominations and none are very welcome to spend time in our Prayer Room.  The spiritual needs of our residents are looked after by our local Priest (Roman Catholic) and our local Minister (Church of Ireland).

​​Our Residents’ Kitchen

This is a traditional kitchen where residents and their visitors can prepare tea & coffee whenever they wish and residents can bake their own favourite treats for afternoon tea, accompanied by our chef.

Our Modern Dining Room

Here our residents can enjoy our excellent food and relax in each others’ company.  All meals are freshly prepared by our chefs, using the best ingredients, with menus tailored to the specific dietary needs of our residents.

Our bright and spacious living room

Beautifully decorated and furnished with views of our gardens and adjoining golf course, this is a place for residents to sit and chat or watch TV.

Our Activity Room
We have a dedicated Activities Coordinator and encourage our residents to continue whatever interests they may already have, and invite them to take part in new activities.  Our activity room is a spacious room where our residents can participate in one to one and group activities as they wish. Among our most popular activities are our ‘fit for life’ exercise classes, baking, gardening and card games.

Our Imaginarium Gym
Signature Care Killerig is one of only a few centres to provide for this new concept in elderly care focusing on relaxation, reminiscences and the senses.

Our Sensory Garden

With plenty of outdoor seating, our garden also includes an enclosed pergola, enabling our residents to remain close to nature and take part in gardening activities.  Our garden is fully wheelchair accessible and was planned to ensure there are changing smells, textures and colours during all the seasons of year, from the bright and beautiful daffodils and tulips in Spring to the breathtaking colours of the autumnal foliage.
